People and puzzles. That sums up our Account Manager Katy Johnson. Despite her daily duties demanding she pay close attention to the numbers, Katy really sees her most important role as serving people.
Katy is the member of our team who educates clients on the investments needed to fund their case. She explains how the legal process impacts their payments. She answers questions to ensure each client has as much clarity as possible at every stage of their case. She brainstorms for looking at all options. Most of all, she gives support to find solutions.
Understanding the financial challenges our clients face, Katy partners with you to find possible paths forward financially. “I love helping people solve challenging problems” she says. “It’s like putting together a puzzle.”
From her college days majoring in psychology to her nearly 15 year career with Hyatt, Katy has always focused on people. In addition to her years in customer service, she has a background in human resources, entrepreneurship, and supporting many charitable causes.
Katy knows that to solve the puzzle of paying all that needs to be paid, her listening comes first. And when it comes to listening with her problem solving hat on, Katy is the best in the game.
