For as long as Joshua can remember, he has wanted to be an attorney. He admired his grandfather’s family law practice and aims to instill the same professionalism and expertise into his own practice.

Joshua has practiced in juvenile law, bankruptcy, and criminal law. However, his passion is divorce and family law. When asked why, Joshua said “As a teenager my parents divorced and I recognized, even then, the significance of having an experienced and compassionate individual who could offer an outside perspective.” Joshua has remained committed to bringing this same level of empathy and understanding to his clients and their families.

Originally from California, Joshua relocated to Nebraska in 2013. He received his J.D. from Creighton School of Law. His article Advancing Access to Justice was featured in The Nebraska Lawyer.

He understands the value of having a confident, knowledgeable, and engaged advocate during times of uncertainty. Joshua will lead your legal team with the firm’s promise to ensure you feel seen and heard.

Outside the courtroom, Joshua cherishes moments spent with his wife and daughter. Whether coaching and refereeing soccer, indulging in Marvel movies, or exploring new destinations, Joshua finds joy in the simple pleasures of life.
