Lindsay Belmont

“Incredibly talented.” “Incredibly friendly.” “Incredibly bright.”  The word incredible comes up a lot when people talk about Lindsay Belmont.

What we know is that Lindsay is an incredible part of our Koenig|Dunne team. That is to say, her bright mind knows how to analyze the facts of any case to make the most compelling arguments. She certainly knows how to discern what concerns her clients most.

Lindsay grew up in Omaha watching her parents take a stand for the rights of others therefore she was inspired to be an advocate. After graduating from the University of Kansas, Lindsay focused on family law at the University of Nebraska College of Law where she was on the Moot Court Board. In addition, Lindsay was awarded both of her degrees with distinction.

Before joining Koenig|Dunne, Lindsay’s legal career was in the areas of child advocacy, child support and litigation where she developed a reputation for unquestionably being prepared and for paying precise attention to the details that matter. Since then, she has honed her litigation skills by graduating from the American Bar Association’s Trial Advocacy Institute and The Nebraska State Bar Foundation’s Jewell Trial Institute.

When Lindsay’s not meeting with a client or in the courtroom, she enjoys time with her dog, Daisy.
